SEO/GEO Tracking: scope and limitations

GEO means Generative Engine Optimization, not the geolocation of people. The service records SEO signals and AI responses according to the project’s providers, queries, frequency, availability and settings. Access is limited to authorised users; the customer must protect credentials and be authorised to connect sites, properties and accounts. Agencies must have the necessary permissions from their clients; any white-label use is governed by the agreed offer.

Responses, citations and brand identifications may be incorrect, incomplete or change between runs. APIs do not necessarily reproduce the consumer interfaces of ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, or results visible to every user. Web search and grounding do not guarantee accuracy or identification of the intended company. A failed check does not prove the absence of a brand.

Scores and reports are indicators of the checks performed, not certifications, exhaustive market measurements or absolute assessments of reputation. Comparisons require comparable methodologies and settings. Rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, revenue and other business outcomes are not guaranteed. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply affiliation with or endorsement of Webita.

Webita Wiki AI: licence and free beta

For the free beta, Webita grants a non-exclusive licence to download, install and use the software on devices lawfully available to the user, for personal use or internal use within their business or professional practice. The licence does not transfer ownership of the software or authorise resale, sublicensing or redistribution to third parties without Webita’s permission. Mandatory rights, including backup copies and study or interoperability activities permitted by law, and third-party component licences remain unaffected.

The version currently offered is a Mac beta: requirements, version and compatibility are stated on the download page. Errors, data loss or incompatibilities may occur. Keep original documents and independent backups before importing files or updating the application; do not use it as your only archive. Digital signing and notarisation do not guarantee freedom from defects or the accuracy of AI responses.

LM Studio and the selected models are third-party components subject to their own licences, terms and requirements, including for commercial use. The Webita licence does not extend those rights. The free beta does not entail automatic charges or promise new versions, unlimited support or perpetual compatibility, without prejudice to statutory obligations. Any future paid offers require separate terms and acceptance.

AI responses and human verification

Both tools may produce inaccurate or fabricated content, omit information and misinterpret sources or documents; OCR, indexing and source references may also be incomplete. Check responses against originals before using or sharing them. Outputs do not replace legal, medical, tax, financial or other professional advice and must not be the sole basis for decisions affecting rights, health or safety.

Documents, personal data and third-party services

Use only data, trademarks, documents and accounts you are authorised to process, respecting confidentiality, intellectual property and data protection. Tracking queries and brand information needed for a check may be sent to the configured providers: do not include secrets, credentials or unnecessary personal data. External sources remain subject to their owners’ rights. Where Webita processes personal data on behalf of a customer, roles and any agreement required under Article 28 GDPR must be defined before that processing; these terms do not replace such an agreement.

Wiki AI is designed to process documents locally with LM Studio and local models. This is not an absolute guarantee of device security: network configurations, synchronisation, cloud backups and third-party software may affect confidentiality. Users must check their configuration and protect devices and files. Do not send confidential documents to support without first agreeing suitable arrangements. Data processing through the website, contacts and service is described in the Privacy Policy.

Activation, costs, availability and termination

For GEO Tracking, price, taxes, quotas, providers, check frequency, duration, any renewal, cancellation, support and data handling or export on termination must be set out in the offer or contract accepted before activation. Indicative website prices do not constitute an unlimited service. These terms do not introduce unagreed extra charges, automatic renewals or penalties.

External APIs, search engines and models may change, restrict access or become unavailable. Webita does not control their responses or policies; this does not remove its commitments to customers or statutory remedies. Beta features and integrations may evolve subject to agreements and applicable obligations. Support beyond statutory obligations depends on the accepted offer.

Liability and mandatory rights

Technical limitations describe usage risks and do not release Webita from its statutory responsibilities or contractual commitments. No commercial guarantee of SEO/GEO outcomes or AI infallibility is offered.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights, applicable conformity and update obligations for digital content and services, and the associated remedies remain unaffected.

Consumers, complaints and applicable law

People using Wiki AI outside their trade or profession retain the consumer protections applicable to the relationship. Digital content and service rules may also apply to offers without a monetary price where personal data is provided for purposes beyond supply alone or legal obligations, in the cases provided by law.

Where a right of withdrawal exists for a distance contract, the ordinary period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. For paid digital content, any loss of that right upon commencement of supply requires the consent, acknowledgement and confirmation prescribed by law: downloading alone does not constitute an automatic waiver here. These terms do not implement a purchase or withdrawal-waiver procedure.

Applicable law and competent authorities are determined by the relevant rules, including consumer protections in the country of habitual residence; these terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction contrary to those protections.
