These terms govern the use of services provided by Webita Agency OÜ on webita.eu and webita.app, including SEO Analysis, AI Course, and Social Automation, and also apply to the Webita app for TikTok ("Webita" on TikTok), which uses official APIs and permissions granted by the user. SEO Analysis – AI Course and Social Automation.

Covered services

• SEO Analysis: evaluates 50+ SEO factors and provides suggestions; no ranking guarantees.
• AI Course: free educational content with registration; redistribution without authorization is prohibited.
• Social Automation: automatic publishing to TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram via official APIs.

Accounts, permissions and APIs

• Account linking via OAuth/official flows with minimal necessary scopes.
• Tokens and credentials handled with reasonable security; revocation available at any time.
• User guarantees rights over content and compliance with platform terms.
• Possible limits/moderation/rate limits or API changes by third-party platforms.

Acceptable use and responsibility

• User responsible for data and published content; no liability for misuse.
• No unauthorized access, bypassing of technical measures, or illegal activities.

Privacy and legal basis

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Legal bases: contract performance, consent for communications, and legal obligations. GDPR rights apply; for transfers outside the EEA, appropriate measures under Articles 44+ GDPR are adopted.

Pricing, payments and duration

• Some services are free; others require agreement or explicit consent.
• Service may be suspended/terminated in case of violations or non-payment.

Intellectual property

User retains rights over content; Webita receives a limited license to perform technical operations necessary for service delivery.
